dbe.careers is collaborating with the Government Skills Bootcamps project to help address the skills gap facing the construction industry.

Skills Bootcamps offer free, flexible courses for adults (aged 19 or over) and who are either in work, self-employed, recently unemployed or returning to work after a break. They give people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-track to an interview with employers.

To increase the chance of employment, dbe.careers has created the Directory of Trainees for employers to find and employ candidates free of charge.

The Directory of Trainees is a free resource of the next generation of BIM talent for all employers to access.

Simply sign up below for free access to trainees, their CVs, profiles, references and Skills Bootcamp progress reports.

You can contact trainees directly and employ them at any stage of their Skills Bootcamp. You don’t need to wait until they complete the course.

Skills Bootcamps also give you the opportunity to upskill your existing staff and receive 70% of the cost from the government. Find out more
